NTEK may be 29 days away from inking what would be the deal of a lifetime for its shareholders. That deal IMO would be the long awaited sale of the company to a slew of potential suitors with Verizon possibly leading the pack.
It only stands to reason DF as the founder would want to be a free man when signing off on the deal that will FINALLY turn those SH negative 90% returns to 1000% PLUS gains overnight! Throw in the naked shorts squeeze and you could add a few additional digits to that ROI.
There have been much bigger surprises than this that have happened and personally I am shocked a sale has not already transpired given our cutting edge technology and being in an industry where these type of acquisitions are a every day occurrence.
