Is there something wrong with an investor who wants:
Patents put back into the company name. As an example, If a large company wanted to buy up NNLX, what is the company worth without the patents in the company name.
Company financials. To show how much money is coming in and how much is going out. Every investor has a right to know this. After all you, me and others have invested our hard earned dollars into this company. Shouldn't we have the right to know how it's doing financially?
Shareholders annual meetings, complete with elections for the BOD. Shareholder meeting are the one chance shareholders get to have their collective say in the running of a company and voice their concerns or heap their praises.
