Many here still do not understand naked shorting and the devastation it causes.
NTEK has been naked shorted since it started. The shorts did a partial cover when the stock ran to .17 and since then they have sold tens of millions of non existent shares. Has there been dilution? Sure, that is why companies go public to begin with, they sell shares to raise capital to grow the company. NTEK did a reverse split in order to raise the share price and be able to raise more capital but the shorts increased their efforts in an attempt to bankrupt the company. Considering the war the company has been fighting with the shorts they have made remarkable accomplishments much to the disappointment of its enemies. This is why naked shorting needs to be banned as it has been in Europe. Most OTC stocks are under attack by these criminals and I believe NTEK is not only going to survive but thrive. I would bet there are several companies who have inquired about the possibilities of buying us out. I prefer that not to happen and look at that as the worst case situation now. What would the price be were that to happen? I don't know but I do believe it would be many times our present market cap.
Perhaps looking at this 10 year chart for Netflix will encourage you:http://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/nflx/stock-chart?intraday=off&timeframe=10y&charttype=line&splits=on&earnings=off&movingaverage=None&lowerstudy=volume&comparison=off&index=&drilldown=off&sDefault=true
