Maybe so but they should have moved on months ago. Hell I am no stock genius but saw many stocks months ago that I believed would go down and they did. Today they missed out on a good one DRYS that moved up with its sector but not much to hold it there. Looking at the current small volume of trade today for CTIX and its holding GREEN reaffirms for me 2 things. - That with more than 70M in the float 99.9% of shareholders are HOLDING and that the shorters or whom ever failed to drop the PPS below a buck. 2017 is getting closer and UP we go is almost here for what we know is coming not because of anything anyone posts.
