Bull it's all the money you spend to get that oil in the pipeline . some outfits will waste big money needlessly working over a well ,without frist looking at a few cheap fixes sometimes it's the small stuff . I'm not sure if I'm being clear but what it is , is TECO can make good money where others have not  by working smarter not harder
