Hope you re read and have better understanding now, if I explain it will only be repeating many of what has already been said in other post.
It has been a very busy day and apologize if I was lil rude in response but, swamped and could not believe you did not read into the 8k with better understanding and also, you go over there and read, best believe the opposite will be said, so up to you bro, to take in what is said and from whom, shareholders with understanding of filings, SEC, OTC markets and again, shareholders, or "ambulance chasers" that are not out for you but for their own agendas and it is not to save you from investing.
btw, we would not even be on grays right now if not for them, that one POS was wrong though, he said he would have us revoked and shares lost for good, well, Grays we will be for few month BUT as the CEO said, "blessing in disguise" re register, new cusip, now we can RS and have a more favorable SS, discharge CDs etc etc, all good IMO and ways away but "this to shall pass" and XNRG shareholders get the last say on these boards
