the last 2 financial reports-which were later that year -dont show any royalties

there is nothing inherently wrong w royalties- they are a normal part of business- so its erroneous on the part of disgruntled ex's to try to imply that BB is somehow improperly benefiting

instead the financials shows he had loaned up to over 100k to tide the co over rough spots
