The stop sign has been proven to actually not mean much on a companies day to day ops based on other companies past history. Which is good.

2. The company anticipates selecting a Medical Doctor to head these projects before the end of the month.

Contacts have been made and the next key is Investors. A done deal with an actual Investor is key to the Peru ops. IMO
