$REDG product ZWAGbox has major update!!!! Massive overhaul in the works due to the VOLUME they were handling. We know they should have been more prepared, but perhaps even they did not anticipate the support Markiplier fans would bring to ZWAGbox and REDG's other products.

Just a quick blanket update to everyone regarding the status of ZWAG BOX and products.
We have been working to resolve the supply and fulfillment issues that have plagued us since launch and we are being assured that they should all be handled. But until we are 100% certain that 100% of orders have been processed, we have suspended ALL renewal billings across the board.
Please know that EVERYONE will receive all boxes and items ordered in total and nobody will be missed.
Also to this end, we are looking to bring aboard a more professional management team for customer service and other key positions to liaison between the facets and help bridge communications. Too much has fallen through the crack due to sheer volume, and for that we are truly sorry.
No matter what, however, rest assured, not a single box user will be missed… and every single person will get everything that they ordered. We guarantee that.
In other news, we have selected a charity to work with, and our donations will be going to them this week. We will let them lead the charge in the announcement so that there can be no question. We are excited to help others and that your continued support will affect the lives of many others.
