Question: you've added a lot of staff including Dr. Bertolino. Dr. B, what attracted you to CTIX? What are current staffing levels?
Dr. B: multiple drugs, wanted to be part of developing blockbusters. Will need to continue expansion of staff "in a measured way" as milestones as achieved.
Would CTIX go head-to-head with Otezla?
Final design of trial will be decided in consultation with FDA
Assuming P gets FDA approval, what would be sales volume?
Way too early to speculate on it. Otezla approaching 1 billion in sales. Would hope we could take a significant portion of that
Will P be used to treat other conditions like psoriatic arthritis etc?
There are some potential candidates but have not studied it yet. Need to affirm it with research.

Various targets for inflammatory response. (translation: we don't really know_
Hypersensitivity reaction with P, some people have genetic problem.
In Abacavir, have seen that people with certain alleles are hypersensitive. When those people are screened out, no problem with hypersensitivity reaction.
