Cajun - per your post below:

Smalls,

"By being a shareholder you are a OWNER of TPAC.
Don't drag us down, Do what you can to take us up.
Just think if Bill went on like you do. All of us OWNERS have concerns, but start acting like a true shareholder and be POSITIVE (I did not say Endless PUMPING) about what you own."

Thats EXACTLY what I am doing. I am not a trader, have never a shorted a stock, and look for long term, undiscovered or undervalued plays.

Ask yourself - how do you KNOW that IR/Muse has your best interest at heart and/or is aligned with you as a long term shareholder? I and others from the beginning have asked how they were connected to TPAC or compensated. They told us they were and then werent shareholders. They werent paid by TPAC. Etc. How ar they compensated? At this point, one has to at least CONSIDER that they have been paid through convertible shares that had a 6 month vesting period and now that the time has expired - they started unloading them into the market all the while pumping the stock and potential. VNDM is now at 7 and the ASK is once again loading. Why is MRVB on the BID at 2 or 3 insted of 6 or 7? How does that help long term shareholders? What signal does that send new investors? Why should we have paid them in shares, doubled the OS (approaching 4.1 BB with AS of 4.5BB) only to have them "save" us by buyingbuying back the shares at 2 or 3? Is this the grand plan? What happened to the $10MM ExIM loan let alone 85MM? What happened to prior M&A? This looks more like a pyramid scheme then legitimate revenue enhancer/creator.

I do NOT think IR is aligned with shareholders and I have made that clear and why:

First and foremost - No transparency with compensation. I believe the price tanking and OS increasing after 6 months are no coincidence

To transparency with where the money is coming from for MRVB. Where did TPACGlobal get the funds?

There continued and intenional use of tortured language. Every tweet is obfuscated. They could provide more in depth, specific details via email or tweetlonger but they dont.

No transparency on Twitter. Are they still blaming Twitter for the lack of thread history? We are supposed to entrust them with complex trading platforms and deals but they cant figure out how to use Twitter and allow followers to see the questions being asked and the back and forth...? They blamed Twitter over a month ago. Still no fix. Not ironically they seem to be able to show replies when a poster compliments or praises them. That is NOT an accident. Google Gruber and the pains they took to use tortured language to obfuscate details, timelines, and intent. Compare to the last 6-9 months they have been on board.

They silence any questions or criticisms of shareholders via email, Twitter, etc. That is counter productive if trying to build a long term, stable shareholder base. You should see the hate mail in my PM folder. Two faces - public and private.

They constantly promote the trading aspect which turns off longlong term investors.

They are unprofessional.

They consistently downplay the manufacturing side which is the only "proprietary" long term revenue stream the company has. (To a lesser degee Bill's relationships on the EIA side could be considered proprietary as they are not easily copied/reproducible).

They attack shareholders on this board. It isnt hard to connect the dots as to which posters when looking at grammar, syntax, and slang.

Etc. Etc. Etc

I do not think they should beshould be in any way the face of the company or in any role where they interface directly with investors or potential investors. Since they have been on board - the PPS is down from the low to mid 30s and continues to tank with higher volatility. As a long term shareholder- I want to protect my current investment while enhancing the long term potential. They have clearly demonstrated time and time again that they are NOT adding value to that process but "pump" the potential to come. All the while - shares are being converted, MMs are shorting like crazy (check daily FINRA #'s) and price declines.

If that is by design - it is a brrach of fiduciary responsibility and probably a conflict of interest. If they are making money on the way down with conversions (let alone if they are actively involved in shorting it down to maximize share conversions) then they are NOT acting on behalf of CURRENT shareholders to "protect" shareholder value.

As they say "dont take my word for it." Try to get a straight answer from them on compensation and if their performance is aligned in the short and long term with ours.
Ask them for a straight answer on why the never ending delays on industry accepted PRs vs the obscure NWE they keep referring to.
Ask them why they were aggresively backing the $0.01 YE PPS prediction and provided no explanation for doing so despite my and other shareholders showing mathematically how unlikely/improbable it was.

If you do - expect to be insukted and booted from their email/Twitter and told to speak to Bill directly. The Wizard doesnt want any one paying attention to the man behind the curtain. It remains to be seen if he will reward the faithful with what they journey for or ride away in his balloon with all of their time and money.

If this was any other "typical" OTC play - would you give themthem the same benefit of the doubt after 9 months? Remember - 2016 was going to be our year. Then 2017. Now it is 12-36 months.
