I noted on an internet forum yesterday that a well-known whale in the OTC market stated that he would be getting into $INCC today - he is a CEO of a health club.
Expect a gap-up to .0016 and hits on the ask at points when it matters.
There isn't likely to be much available under .0020 as the low level 100%>300% flippers seem to be getting the message that if they sell they probably won't be able to get back in before any major run.
Self-evidently from observed trading ever since my alert at post # 723, there is no dilution selling whatsoever.
