I have my days when I think that too. When I step back to look at what's happened with this stock my conclusion is that the odds are in favor of them filing.
Like I said yesterday I think we may see the restructuring plan first before we see filings. If the goal is to keep their financial info out of the hands of creditors then they won't release the filings.
It sucks it is taking this long.
