You've got that all backwards, poem. Progressives care about the unborn.......prenatal care.....the newly born....family leave....and of course the health and education of the young.
We care about the health of SS and Medicare, both progressive ideas that way too many conservatives have disparaged and fought since their inception.
I could go on, but no sane well educated person mistakes progressivism as a conservative movement in general or as a Republican cause in particular.
