I don't think we've leveled off. I expect it to close in low to mid 3's, lots of investors still don't know what's happening to the stock price. A friend of mine with $50K invested in PP called me this morning like "dude wasn't the stock at .0003?"

Give it another hour or so. The bid is growing.
