Let's here it... I think TALK will be officially dark or defunct status if they don't file anything tomorrow.
Still shouldn't change much in my opinion, tons of otcmarkets.com stop signs out there with plenty of people buying, just sort of embarrassing for the stock if it is to ever be a higher level stock.
I suppose just one 10q would stave off the stop sign.
