From the filings I only see the 3 old notes (dated 2011/12 etc..) that can be converted now and he told me they are sympathetic to the company and have been rolling over the notes year after year.

Also I have not seen any 5 digit double prints in weeks.

So this must be retail frustration selling at the bottom of the chart.

I asked him to update the OTC markets with latest OS.
