The nature of the beast (Rosen Law) is inherently evil. If anyone thought they might become better behaved due to Judge Faila having dismissed their suit against CTIX with prejudice, we were mistaken.

They are clearly inclined - with their continuing new suits against the likes of TEVA - to play the odds of not getting Judge Faila again.
