I'm pretty confident KBM is going to settle, now that Hjoe has the SEC's ears. With the powers vested in them; legals will make a clean fast closer on the case in my opinion. They know they can't beat Hjoe especially with SEC and judge support. Do you think they want to wait another year before they settle only to have them grow into the monster company awaiting? This will only get uglier for KBM and the likes and they will stand down.

KBM may, and can win some battles but they won't win the war...
