$INCC added by Penny Stock Geeks this weekend to their revised "Marijuana major "BOUNCE" Watch List [following the sector wide short attack after the General Election.
$INCC closed up 100% [.0005 > .0010] on Friday from it's shorted recent / weak hands panic low. The "BOUNCE" has been established and so we're looking for the "major" part > previous 52-week high of .0033.
