SVTE - News imminent ; Now at entry pps and here is why:
Magnificent share structure for Service Team Inc. as of November 11, 2016 is:
Authorized Shares: 500,000,000
Outstanding Shares: 217,854,572
Restricted Shares: 8,439,296
Release of annual ER/ 10K expected between November 13th(prematurely due to acquisition 71 days after Q4 end) or maximally Dec 1st (regular 90 days after Q4 end).
Market cap only $330k, which is one third of current quarterly revenue and one fifteenth of the expected annual revenue (5M).

Expected 2016 = $ 5.0 mln ( 92% increase over 2015)
10K 2015 = $2.6 mln ( 100% increase over 2014)
10K 2014 = $1.3 mln ( 30% increase over 2013)
Proper appreciation would for this sector be twice the PS ratio... around 5 cents . We should at least see 1-3 cents by EOY.
Now 2 subsidies; both profitable with high sale numbers:
SVTE acquired deltastag (revs now ~3.6m annually; small operating profit last Q) in 2013, last month they acquired MCV comp. INC (private business with ~2m rev last year and running on operating profits). SVTE paid some cash for MCV (generated by a non convertible non toxic loan), some shares. The lack of guidance brought the pps down from the cent threshold to the 0.002s.
No conversions expected since almost debt free:
Two small notes with maturation dates in the Spring next year, 2017, are anticipated to be bought back by the company.
All in all a gem at the current entry pps... amazing potential.
