Sure I can see that. But there is a long road ahead. And as much optimism and hope we have the realistic factor has to be taken into consideration. Do they have the upper hand yes and thank god for that. But there is a lot of legal work that must be done. The judge must rule the way HJOE wants. The odds are definitely in our favor. But never ever count your eggs before they hatch.
We are all thankful that tho we are dark, they have secured our investment for the time being. In the end it's in the hands of the legal team and the court system. HJOE is doing what they do by sales, distribution and marketing. Tho we would like to take it as a positive, we must stay guarded and mindful of the possibility of any outcome.
