Looking at the trades so far today is very interesting. The first trade of the day was a buy for 4000 shares @ .024. Since then 30 straight sells including two 1 share sells totaling over 3.3 million shares with the majority @ .021 per share.
What is reported to FINRA will be interesting today. Anyone bought so far today? If so your buy unless it was the first trade is being shown as a sell.
