Two scenarios: we had the usual small-cap delayed reaction to news (and news of a conference call that's happening a week after the 10-Q drops is newsworthy because it's so unusual in its timing); or, "they" finished or are finishing covering their shorts, and the cap on the stock price is melting away.

Of course there could be many other explanations too -- this is just for fun speculation.
