Avant signed an engagement letter with Dominck on Oct. 18th to assist them with an uplist- the same date as AMBS signed the promissory notes with them and BMI. So it looks like Avant is somehow involved in this deal too. Maybe they are merging back with Avant and doing an uplist together which would be ridiculous since they just got done spinning off part of their company to Avant. But GC hs made so many mistakes its possible. Or maybe Avant will receive a funding upon an uplist and then AMBS will sell/borrow against their shares?
