When the ask was being hit in the final 2 hours of trading, there were short sales at the following prices under .0018 which it got back up to after the earlier dip to .0011:

3,900 @ .001699 at 12:31:07
10,000 @ .00169 at 15:09:36
635 @ .00169 at 15:12:19
