There was a mention of a 'public option' which would compete with exchange plans and help to drive premiums down.
The problem of repeal is of course that too many people would be thrown off plans and that the reforms that people like, no pre-existing condition disqualification, no limits on life time coverage and no covering children up to age 26, would be lost.
Any replacement would face the same healthy VS sick coverage issues and pressure on premium costs.
