just called Scot trade They filled an order at .0361 skipped my order @ .04,then filld another part @.036 then more at .04 ..They said the MM was the reason but they still sold me the low price to drop the low for the day..Im happy for the cheap shares but don't like the manipulation..drain the swamp.
