OTC market bottom watchers know that drops in the major market trading indices do not affect the bottom end of the OTC market.
Most of the states voting on mj legislation changes voted "yes" - greatly expanding the market sector.
Expect a surge in the cheaper mj stocks today that are still under .01 - and $INCC is still one of the cheapest having only started it's re-entry into the sector on October 27.
