I'm with you on this one.There's no excuse for these shootings but I would like to know what the "twisted" reason was.I would like to know if the shooter legally owned the firearm(s).I believe in gun ownership but I also believe it is the owner's responsibility to "secure"them and not to sell them without a background check on the buyer.
