I hate to be the negative Nancy but I do not believe they are working with the SEC, I did think they were prior to the suspension but that didn't work out so well. The SEC specifically states they know what this does to a company and they do not take this action lightly. This was not because of an IGLOW email, it was non compliance with filing that bit us in the ass.
I do how ever think they have something else up their sleeve, I have my guesses but 100% speculation wouldn't help anything here. I do believe they are working a go around for the situation, I hope they are not relying solely on a form 15. Should have about 4-5 options worked out by now.
I don't give IG or anyone else on the other board that kind of credit for having any type of pull to get a company delisted. We just ran out of time. It might be just a simple as that. Now it needs to get fixed.
