It certainly isn't over. The sort of people selling here are those with 500K to 2M that they might have got in .0005>.0013 (before yesterday) who just want to take a small profit.
It is obvious that none of the big players with 10M>50M (across many different price points) - both coming down to .0001 and back up again have sold out.
The one person who put 10M up at .0020 (which an experienced trader would not have done - if they weren't holding for .01 they could have sold 500K at a time easily in the .0030s if they were smart) was taken out in seconds.
