Somebody put 5M up at .0019 - knowing it would not get taken because they were not first in the queue - to dupe someone to sell 2M at .0018 - then they slapped the undercut ask at .0018 - added to their share count and then removed their 5M sell at .0019.
Exactly the trick used multiple times up at .0145 before the .02 breakout in 2014.
Now only 6M left at .0019.
