They did give 30 days notice. They announced the meeting on Oct. 12, therefore Saturday Nov. 12th is actually 31 days after the announcement. Anyhow, doesn't that apply to voting matters? They said no issues would be voted on.

I would have to believe that they could announce whatever they wanted to as long as it was made public prior to the following market open.
