now for what I put in post 24487 what happens with those people that fall in the gap that cant afford to get the heath insurance but make to much to get Medicaid ? they have to pay these penalties anyway that isn't fair. what do you think on this? they are just barely getting by on there rent and other bills as it is especially if they have children..
