I would love to see not only Telvue, but a multiplicity of damaged small companies undertake such litigation simultaneously, so as to swamp the abilities of these predators to mount an effective defense. Once a few adverse decisions have been rendered aginst them, there should be a "chain reaction" of court actions which could well remove such practices from the playing field.
