US General Election - Several States Voting on Marijuana Legislation.
For those that are not aware, some of the largest population / most significant states are voting on medical use of mj in the General Election: eg
CA: population 38.8M.
FL: population 19.89M.
AZ: population 6.7M.
Whatever CA votes, often the whole of the USA follows eventually.
Expect a PR from $INCC at some point in November outlining how they intend to capitalize on the greatly increased market that is likely to result after November 8 [see last PR in sticky # 815].

"The company is expected to announce additional expansion plans in November"
