The way I look at it, we are already just inches away from the lowest price possible for any stock (.0001) so we can scrap the "price decline" reason. A R/S is one of the smartest moves they can make if they time it with good PR and exciting progress such as "successful mini evac." Only question is, what happens to our PP certificates?
