Thanks. To reinforce that, $INCC is up another 100% today from a manipulated down .000591 after market close yesterday to .0012 today - all on just 469M volume total from when it was last at .0001 x .0002.
This was possible because longs secured the cheap shares and locked the "I'll sell everything when I'm even overall" morons out when they weren't paying attention over the last 2 years.
At the bottom end of the OTC market, it really is "another day - another .0001/2 runner" lately.
