The sooner a 5 to 20-tick spread develops again (like in 2014) the better.
Then low level flippers are more inclined to sell very small amounts on the ask and will not whack the bid - and new interest is forced to buy on the ask or get left out on the big move from .0050>.01 and then .01 > .02.
