Returning longs from 2014 - who did not get any shares in the .0002>.0010 range - posted elsewhere bringing in some whales.
If true, we should get into the .01>.02 range depending on any games played by MMs to load or by shorts to cover.
Remember, we haven't even had the 2nd PR of the new campaign yet or the statement that $INCC is OTC Current (which they are working on - see sticky).
