Looking for a possible early break of .0010+ now.
$INCC may be very thin at .0007>.0009 since traders who saw how easily this can run to .01+ control a lot of the shares in the .0002>.0005 range and also know - from continual observation for 2+ years - how few shares are held in the .0011>.01 range.
