$SFRX permits are gold!!!

The fact that $SFRX were given the only permits in years to dig in such a place shows the work ethic that this company and KK have.

They probably had to come up with a lot of evidence showing a high probability of finding historically sensitive artifacts, or the shipwreck to even get the permits in the first place.
