I would agree with you. I think this stock will go up once a plan and a PR is released. However, the ASM is coming up (if they plan to hold one this year), and I would bet that they are going to hold on to the info, but release vital ones soon, and have all the plans presented in that meeting, which is only at least a month and half away.

I think Tony and the board are currently working on a plan and will execute in January 2017.
