Great post meerkat, have done several reviews myself and they are still crucial and provide a level of assurance for users of the financial statements. It is unrealistic to audit a quarterly filing. You won't see it on the big boards and there is no reason to see it down here.

If we do indeed see a filing, to me that is a guaranteed legitimate report considering the circumstances. There is no chance the SEC would continue to allow him to file and release other information if they found anything fraudulent.
