On the contrary, these kind of boards CAN affect stock price and it's something that must be taken into consideration. Investor/trader perception of the stock's value can over ride company performance at times. I can move the stock price just by buying or selling a large amount of the stock at the right time, though I wouldn't do that for profit. Long term investing is different though.
