Re: HangoverJoeFan #10437
I am curious about that. If the judge rules next week at some point, could be early, could be late, would that not cause a resumption of trading on the gray market? If so, what would be the net effect on share price, already knowing HJOE considers this a long-term play. Also realizing that some here, and many SH not here, never considered it a long-term play (except those of us who post regularly, the true longs). Additionally realizing that we really weren't going anywhere anyway until HJOE slaughtered the bloated pig in KBM.
I'd wonder if a judge, putting an agreement in place and finalizing would allow the resumption of trading in a dark status on OTC pink and remove them from the gray market. I've never heard of a company being removed from the fate of the gray's, but I've also never experienced a company willing to fight the fate of the gray's either like HJOE is, before it happens.
Obviously there is a lot of doubt, confusion and skepticism when a scenario like this occurs, but like cj mentioned, we'll just have to wait it out and see where it goes. We're all on the hook here.
