The quarterlies are due 45 calendar days following quarter end. The 3rd quarter is due on Nov 14 but they could file a NT on the 15th. If there is indeed an earnings call I believe the filings come out after and it should be all 3 quarters.

It makes no sense that the company it mute about this even though its posted on a public board. I want to believe its true but I am suspect. This is a wait and see for me until it happens or unless they PR it.
