'Insufficient evidence'. Do you understand the phrase? Have you seen the information that did not rise to the level of evidence?
Inferring 'blocked' is just that, an inference. You want to be indicted based upon inferences rather than evidence? Maybe in Trumpistan, that's sufficient. Not in the U.S., not yet, not ever.
