I like this site because as a shareholder and supporter of HJOE, I believe that we can express our opinions, concerns and ask questions.
For example, I really believe that HJOE has a GREAT PRODUCTS, COOL CLOTHING LINE and a GREAT BRAND NAME that can expanded upon. My question is that if HJOE were to be bought by a larger company.
What would happen with their contract with SMS since, I assume there is a contract? And SMS is a private company.
What would happen with the current dealers? I am not a dealer.
What would happen with the shareholders? Yes we would receive a small profit. However, would they do a split which would reduce our number of shares but raise the PPS.
I would love to see HJOE have a major company take 20% ownership of HJOE..
But I think before all this happens KBM has to go away and then get current on the filings.
